Using Our Online Store

We are constantly working to bring you the simplest process for purchasing your security products and keys.  Look through our online store, add your selected products and required quantities to your virtual ‘Shopping Cart’, then when you’re ready. Click checkout and follow the onscreen instructions.

Customer protection is our priority.. this is why we’ve decided to team up with the most trusted name in online transactions, Paypal. You can pay by all popular cards, and even use your Paypal login if you wish.

We are members of the Master Locksmiths Association, and so our customers are reassured they always receive the best service and quality workmanship. We do our upmost to ensure our products are delivered on time; however we will not be liable for any consequential loss claims arising from faulty / defective products, or late despatch / deliveries.

Payment processing by the only name we trust, Paypal: Internet fraud and data compromises are an ever increasing issue with online purchases, so we’re leaving this to Paypal, the leading name in new technologies and customer security initiatives.

Fully PCI Compliant: Even though Paypal perform all card processing , we wanted to be sure we have everything covered. PCI Compliance means our methods for handling customer details are approved.



As not to mislead our customers, all prices include VAT. Prices exclusive of VAT are shown in smaller text on each product page. Product prices are also broken down at the checkout and VAT is added in compliance with UK Laws.

Due to our already large customer base here in the UK, we do not currently accept orders, payments or export products to European countries.


Out of Stock Products

Products not currently in our warehouse stock, or out of stock with our direct suppliers will be placed in our stock system cue (also known as back orders). You will be notified and given the option to cancel should you wish.

Key Cutting

99% of keys cut by Rossells are to exact customer requirements, and so are not considered ‘Stock Items’. Therefore we are unable to accept the return for credit of keys that have been ordered incorrectly, or are surplus to requirements. This also applies where ambiguous information is given at the time of ordering. We may agree the return of ‘stock’ keys in accordance with our standard returns policy.


Returning Products Purchased from Us

Faulty / Defective or Wrongly Despatched Products

Please accept our sincere apologies. We quality check the majority of the products we supply, and the process of despatching the good to you. Unfortunately sometimes it goes wrong, so here’s what you need to do.

Firstly, and most importantly, we must be notified in writing within 7 days, starting on the day after you receive your delivery. You can do this with any of the methods listed in the Contact Us section below.

Secondly, you need to repack the items carefully ensuring they will arrive back to us in ‘as new’ condition.

We will contact you shortly to make arrangements for the items to be returned. If the items are deemed not faulty by our suppliers / manufacturers, you will be responsible for any collection and delivery charges incurred.


Unwanted Items

In accordance with the UK distance selling regulation laws, most products are offered with the 7 day money back guarantee, so long the products are returned to us unused, in an ‘as new’ condition and within their original packaging. We must be notified in writing before the end of the 7 day period (starting the day after you receive the products) either by filling in our online returns form, or by writing to us through one of the methods in the contact us section below.

Please immediately repackage your goods, and pack them suitably so they are returned to us undamaged.

Once we receive your request, we will write back to you to confirm our acceptance of your return, and issue you with a returns number and documentation. This must be clearly marked on the package, and any issued printouts placed within the package.

The package must then be returned to us using a delivery method with the correct insurance requirements for the value of the parcel.

We endeavour to issue a refund, minus any delivery costs incurred by Rossells Locksmiths, for the full value of the goods. Should the items be damaged, used, or defective when we receive them, we reserve the right to refund a reduced amount decided on a case by case basis. All refunds are processed within 14 days, however due to circumstances out of our control, it may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

DO NOT SEND items back to us without a returns number. Parcels received without an authorised returns number will be subject to handling fee’s and a delay of up to 30 days before your refund is issued.

Exclusions from the distance selling regulation are clearly stated within the product descriptions; commonly included products include special order items, and keys cut to code.
